1. Client Confidentiality Standard

At Wezcoz Consultancy (Estd. 1972), client confidentiality is an absolute, non-negotiable cornerstone of our professional practice. All tax papers, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, corporate structures, stock audit reports, and personal financial data shared with our firm are held under strict non-disclosure.

2. Professional Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Our Chartered Accountants, GST practitioners, tax advocates, and audit staff are bound by professional code of ethics and statutory non-disclosure agreements. We will not disclose any client business secrets, proprietary financial metrics, or tax filings to any third party without express written consent, unless mandated by lawful court orders or statutory government authorities.

3. Secure Document Handling & Destruction

All physical records and digital files submitted for audit or tax return filing are stored in password-protected environments. Upon completion of statutory retention periods mandated by Indian tax laws, physical or digital records are securely archived or permanently deleted upon request.
