1. Scope of Engagement

Wezcoz Consultancy provides tax advisory, Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and e-filing, GST compliance, Company Incorporation (Private Limited, LLP, OPC), FSSAI food licensing, Trademark registration, and Textile Mill statutory clearances. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Client Obligations & Document Authenticity

Clients are required to furnish accurate, complete, and authentic documentation (including PAN, Form 16, Bank Statements, Financial Books, and Identity proofs). Wezcoz Consultancy relies on the data provided by the client and shall not be held liable for any statutory penalties resulting from misrepresentation or omission of financial records by the client.

3. Processing Timeframes & Government Portals

While Wezcoz Consultancy ensures expedited processing of applications within 3 to 7 business days, statutory approval timelines are dependent on government bodies including the Income Tax Department, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), GSTN portal, FSSAI, and Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks.

4. Fee Structure & Payments

All professional advisory fees and government statutory filing charges must be settled prior to final submission on official government portals unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wezcoz Consultancy operates under the professional guidelines prescribed by applicable Indian laws. Our maximum financial liability in connection with any service provided shall be limited to the professional fee received for that specific service.
